Free profile on this page. You enter your date of birth, your place of birth and, if you like, your birth time. Your browser sends these details to our server. We use them once to calculate your pillars and show the result. We do not store them and we do not need your email address or your name.
Contact. If you write to us, we process your email address and your message to answer you.
Paid reports (Annual Report, Life Map Premium, Compatibility Check). When you order a paid report, we ask for:
Payment data (for example your card or PayPal details) are processed directly by our payment provider. We never see them.
We process your birth details to give you the profile or report you request, and your email address to send it to you (performance of a contract or of a service you ask for; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where GDPR applies). The details we ask for are needed to create the report. Without them we cannot deliver it. We count anonymous visits and clicks to improve the service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The calculation and the writing of the report are automated. We make no decision about you that has legal effects, and the content is only for entertainment and self-reflection.
We do not keep the birth details you enter for the free instant profile. For a paid report, your order details (birth details, email address and the other data you entered) are saved briefly on our server before you go to the Digistore24 order page. They are linked only to a random code that cannot be guessed. We use them to create the report after payment is confirmed. They are deleted once the report has been sent, and automatically after 24 hours at the latest if no payment is made. Sent emails and the attached PDF may stay available for a limited time in the mailbox of our email provider (Brevo) and in our sending account, for example to solve delivery problems. Payment and invoice data are kept by Digistore24, as Merchant of Record, for the period required by commercial and tax law, which is usually several years. Digistore24 is responsible for these data. Emails you send us are kept until your request is finished. The anonymous counters and per-request rows described in section 7 contain no personal data and are kept as long as they are useful for improving the service. The IP address held in memory for abuse protection is removed automatically after at most one hour of inactivity or when the server restarts.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to dionnie373@gmail.com to use these rights.
We do not use cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools on our own pages. Our pages load no payment script. The English sales and thank-you pages do load Digistore24’s “Trusted Badge” script from digistore24.com, so your browser connects to Digistore24 when those pages open; Digistore24 may set its own cookies in that case. When you order a paid report, your browser goes to the order page hosted by Digistore24, which may use its own cookies (see section 4). If you arrive through a partner link (parameter “aff”), the partner code is kept only in memory in your browser during your visit. It is not stored by us and is passed to Digistore24 with your order so that the sale is credited to the partner. To understand how the service is used, we count visits and button clicks anonymously on our own server. We store only the date, the source marker from the link (for example “ig”, “tt” or “yt”), the page path and the type of event, as counters. We do not store IP addresses or browser identifiers in these counters, so we cannot recognize individual people. To protect the service from abuse, our server briefly keeps your IP address in memory (up to one hour) to limit the number of requests. For each profile request we also save one anonymous row with a timestamp, the source marker and the language, without any birth details. If a link contains a source marker or the “nohit” option, your browser may save that marker in its session or local storage on your device. The fonts on our pages are served from our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google or other third parties for fonts.
We do not send newsletters or advertising emails. You only receive an email from us if you write to us or if you order a report (the report itself, which may include a short note about our compatibility check). If you do not want to receive emails from us, write “Unsubscribe” to dionnie373@gmail.com. We then add your address to our exclusion list and do not write to you again. Emails sent by Digistore24 contain their own unsubscribe link.
